Drawing on her popular book MedKNITation, this virtual workshop focuses on creating a new practice by combining knitting and meditation. All skill levels of knitting and meditation are welcome to join us for a warm and peaceful experience.

The Class

Over the course of 90 minutes, Suzan will guide us through her favorite meditation practices as you knit on a project of your choosing. You will leave this workshop relaxed and ready to continue your own MedKNITation practice. The class includes the ebook edition of MedKNITation, so you’ll have 30 additional meditations to continue your journey.

MATERIALs

For the workshop, have a very simple project close at hand; garter stitch or plain stockinette would be perfect.
