As we often say at MDK, you can do anything for 50 rounds. By the time it occurs to you that you are committing double knitting (as in “GOOD GRIEF I’M DOUBLE KNITTING”), you’ll be at the top and feeling 100% smug.
What you can’t see is the inside of this hat, where it’s all knit stitches in a reverse color pattern. So. Cool.

Mrs. Herbert Hoover in or about 1930 double knit a baby blanket……online, there are three versions of it. Using version one is how I learned to double knit…..it’s fascinating. I even frogged a lot in the project and found that, too is fascinating! LOL!!
