Meanwhile . . .

We had a big time on MDK this week. 

We have never clipped and saved something so fast! Jen Arnall-Culliford brought us a brilliant Little Lesson video tutorial on duplicate stitch, the star of the Rosy Mittens and so many knitwear embellishments.

Just two colors, but plenty of pop. MDK’s first knitter, Nell Ziroli, cooked up a graphic counterpoint to Arne & Carlos multicolor Setesdal Hat. Plus: a sassy sprinkle of embroidery.

Ann and Kay are knitting the same project at the same time, and all’s right with the world. Ann’s Kos Neckwarmer has taught her some lessons. Kay jumped on the Great Dickie-along bandwagon with a blue and green colorway, and shared great alternative dickie designs by Arne & Carlos. 

There’s plenty of time to join the Great Dickie-along; it’s fast and fun, and a great way to deploy leftover colors of Norwegian Wool (even if you have to create those leftovers).
