Meanwhile…
We had a big time on MDK this week.
It’s one of our favorite traditions: a pattern-by-pattern romp through the designs featured in our new Field Guide. We’ve been waiting impatiently to share these with you—so here we go:
Kay’s playing favorites with this one: the Bolin cardigan.
Long, lean, and with a hint of Victorian chic, it’s the Addams cardigan.
Simplicity, texture, and deft details made Ann choose the Jacobs cardigan for her starter project.
And for the appetizer course—or dessert—two delicious small projects.
Max Daniels challenges us to go beyond the survival checklist as the seasons change, and set course for joy.
Your Support Is Everything—Thank You!
At MDK, supporting and elevating the knitting life is all we think about, every single day. It’s vital—and easy—to support MDK!
When you shop with MDK, take a workshop, and share our content with your knitting friends, you’re also supporting the yarnmakers, artisans, teachers, and writers that we feature here. It’s a daily challenge to make our tiny business go, and we’re grateful to everyone who helps us do that. Thank you!
Questions? Email us anytime at hello@moderndailyknitting.com, and you’ll get a prompt personal response from a real live MDK person.
Stay healthy, take care of each other, and knit on.
Love,
Ann and Kay

A Win-Win for MDK—and Your Knitting!
We hear from knitters who read Snippets every Saturday—in their PJs! Putting together Snippets (sometimes in PJs ourselves) is our favorite weekly project—for ten years now. We never take your readership for granted, and we never clutter up the posts you love with ads.
That’s extraordinary in this overstimulated age.
We need your help to keep MDK free of charge, and free of ads. One of the best ways to show support is collecting the MDK Field Guides. Check out this nifty way to build your own bundle of these little books at a very nice savings.
