Jen is a knitting geek. Based in lush Somerset in the southwest of England, her brain loves unpicking technical knitting issues. She’s had plenty of practice at this over the years, working as a technical editor for some of the biggest names in the hand-knitting industry.

Jen is a firm believer in the maxim there is always something new to learn. Her popular and innovative year-long programs, A Year of Techniques, Boost Your Knitting, and Confident Knitting, empower knitters to learn new techniques as they knit jaw-dropping patterns.

When she’s not knitting, Jen enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, sewing and beating her family at complex board games.
