A showstopper. We were stunned when Dee shared this idea with us, knocked out by the beauty of her vision for a throw that allows such a joyful mix of color and pattern. Each panel has its own color story; together, they become an exuberant, spectacular treasure to love forever.
Materials
Atlas by Modern Daily Knitting [2 oz (57 g) skeins, each approx 145 yds (132.5 m), 100% Rambouillet wool]: 3 skeins of Seaglass, 2 skeins each of Shale and Peat, 1 skein each Tutu, Whisper, Barn Red, Cork, Leek, Natural, Navy, Pear, and Truffle
Sizes US 6 (4 mm) and US 5 (3.75 mm) 40″ (100 cm) circular needles, or sizes needed to achieve gauge
Gauge
22 sts and 27.5 rnds = 4″ (10 cm) in stranded st st, blocked
Knitted Measurements
Approx 35.25″ wide x 43″ long (89.5 x 109 cm), assembled and blocked
Notes
Throw is worked flat in 6 separate panels, which are then sewn together.
